Legal & DPA
These are the agreements that govern your use of Novex and define how data is handled — including the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) you may need for your own customer and vendor due diligence. Knowing where each one lives makes compliance reviews fast.

Where to find them
The Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy are published on Novex’s public legal pages and are linked from the application footer. You can read the current version of each at any time — they reflect the terms in force for your workspace.
The Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
The DPA is the document that formalises Novex’s role as a data processor acting on your instructions as the data controller. It is the agreement your own customers, security teams, and auditors will typically ask for.
When you need it
- A customer’s procurement or security team requests your processor agreements.
- You are completing a GDPR or PDPL compliance review.
- You are documenting your data-handling chain for an audit.
How to access and sign it
- Locate the DPA from your account’s legal/compliance area or the public legal pages.
- Review its terms — particularly the descriptions of processing, sub-processors, and security measures.
- Where a signature or acceptance step is offered, complete it to put the DPA on record for your workspace. If you need a countersigned copy or have specific clauses to negotiate, contact Novex support.
Tips & limits
- Keep a dated copy. Download the version of each policy that applied when you signed, so your records match the terms in force at the time.
- Policies can be updated; check the effective date on each document.
- This page is guidance, not legal advice — consult your own counsel for how the agreements apply to your situation.
