Novex AI Copilot
The Novex AI Copilot is an assistant built directly into your workspace that helps you draft messages, summarize information, and answer questions about your own data — all powered by Novex’s own private model, so your data never leaves the platform. There is no third-party AI vendor in the loop.
Why a private model
Most AI assistants send your prompts to an external provider. Novex does not. The Copilot runs on a model that Novex hosts and operates itself, which means:
- Your data stays in Novex. Prompts and your workspace data are not shared with any outside AI company.
- No third-party vendor. There is no external API your sensitive event, client, or finance data is forwarded to.
- Consistent behaviour. The assistant is tuned for the way you work inside Novex.
What you can do with it
- Draft and refine emails and replies.
- Summarize long records or threads into the key points.
- Ask questions about the data already in your workspace.
- Keep conversations and save useful drafts for reuse.
Getting started
The Copilot is available within the app wherever it is surfaced. Configuration — including who can use it and any options your plan exposes — lives under Settings → AI.
