Surveys & feedback

Surveys & feedback lets you create surveys, share them by public link or QR, collect responses, and read NPS/CSAT analytics — optionally tied to a specific event and audience.

Use surveys to measure satisfaction, gather free-text suggestions, and track sentiment over time across your events.

The survey list

The surveys workspace opens on a list of all your surveys, with stat cards across the top:

  • NPS score — your overall Net Promoter Score (needs at least 5 scored responses to display).
  • Response rate — share of recipients who have responded.
  • Active surveys — count of surveys currently collecting responses.

Each row in the list shows the survey title, the linked event (or “All events”), the audience, the question count, the status, and the response count. Use the New survey button to start one, and filter the list to a single event when you want to focus.

Create a survey

  1. Click New survey.
  2. Set the basics:
    • Title (required).
    • Audience — one of Attendees, Speakers, Sponsors, Vendors, Clients, or Staff.
    • Event (optional) — tie the survey to one event, or leave it as “All events”.
  3. Tick the starter questions you want — NPS, CSAT, and an open-text “what to improve” question are all on by default.

The new survey starts in DRAFT status.

Survey detail

A survey opens with two tabs.

Overview tab

  • Rename / Delete the survey.

  • Share controls — a read-only public submit URL with Copy link, plus a Show QR toggle that produces a downloadable PNG.

  • Quick analytics — a summary of responses so far.

  • Status actions — a DRAFT survey shows Activate; an ACTIVE survey shows Close.

  • Question builder — add, edit, and delete questions. Each question has text, a type, and a required toggle. Supported types:

    • NPS — 0–10 likelihood-to-recommend.
    • CSAT — satisfaction rating.
    • LIKERT — agreement scale.
    • MULTI_CHOICE — with an inline options editor (up to 20 options).
    • OPEN_TEXT — free-text response.

Editing questions is only allowed while the survey is in DRAFT. Once responses can exist, the question set is locked.

Results tab

  • NPS score with a Promoters / Passives / Detractors split (donut).
  • CSAT distribution histogram plus the average.
  • Per-question breakdowns — donut for multi-choice, bars for scales.
  • A 30-day response chart showing volume over time.
  • A recent-comments feed of open-text answers.
  • A CSV Download export of all responses.

Status flow

StatusMeaningPublic form
DRAFTBeing built; questions editableClosed
ACTIVECollecting responsesAccepts responses
CLOSEDNo longer collectingClosed
ARCHIVEDHidden from the listClosed

The flow is DRAFT → ACTIVE → CLOSED, and a survey can also be ARCHIVED to hide it. The public form only accepts responses while the survey is ACTIVE. It auto-renders in Arabic or English by the visitor’s browser language and is noindex.

Respondent identity

The public survey form can capture who responded — name, position, company, mobile, and email — alongside their answers, so feedback is attributable rather than anonymous.

Distribution

Share the public link or the QR code (copy, print, or embed it). There is no in-app “blast to attendee list” send — recipients open the link you share.
