Novex is built to stay up, and to be honest with you when it isn’t. Two user-facing surfaces back that promise: a public status page that reports live service health, and branded error pages that explain — in both English and Arabic — what happened when a request can’t be served.
This section is about what you see. It does not cover internal operations (backups, deploys, monitoring), which are handled by the Novex platform team.

Reporting a problem
If you believe Novex is misbehaving but the status page shows all-green, it may be specific to your tenant or account. Contact support — see Support for the channels and response targets.
