Tenant administration
Tenant administration is the platform-operator workflow for creating, configuring, and supporting customer workspaces. This page is a high-level reference for Novex staff; customers do not access these tools.
Tenant lifecycle
- Provision — a tenant workspace is created (via self-serve signup or an issued invite) and placed on a plan tier.
- Configure — plan tier, limits, and any enterprise-specific settings are set. Demo/sales tenants can be seeded with sample data.
- Support — operators can look up a tenant’s users and vendors to diagnose issues, always within audit-logged boundaries.
- Offboard — when a customer leaves, their data is retained or removed per the contracted retention and PDPL/GDPR obligations.
Data isolation
Every customer’s data is isolated per tenant. Platform tooling that crosses tenant boundaries is used only for legitimate operations (provisioning, support, billing) and is itself audit-logged. Customer-facing queries never span tenants.
Plan tiers
Operators place and move tenants across the Flare / Spectrum / Aurora / Cosmos tiers. See Billing & plans for what each tier includes.
