Registration & forms

Every event in Novex has its own registration form and a public page where attendees sign up. You can share the hosted link, embed the form on your own website, import existing lists in bulk, and check attendees in on the day with a QR scanner.

How it fits together

  1. Create an event and configure its registration form fields.
  2. Advance the event to CONFIRMED so registration can open.
  3. Share the hosted link or embed the form on your site.
  4. Watch registrations land in Registrations; import any existing lists.
  5. On event day, check attendees in by QR (or via the kiosk).

Note on waitlists. The public /waitlist page is Novex’s own early-access waitlist for the platform — it is not a per-event “event is full” overflow list. If you need attendee-capacity overflow behavior on a specific event, confirm the current capability with your account contact rather than assuming it from this page.
