Marketing & communications
Novex’s communications tools let you reach attendees, sponsors, and prospects across email, WhatsApp, and social — using the contacts and events you already manage in the platform. Everything runs off your connected channels, so audiences and analytics stay in one place.
The three channels
| Channel | Use it for | Built on |
|---|---|---|
| Email campaigns | Newsletters, announcements, ticket pushes, follow-ups | Your sending domain |
| WhatsApp campaigns | Reminders, confirmations, high-open-rate updates | Your connected WABA + approved templates |
| Social posting | Public promotion, countdowns, recaps | Your connected LinkedIn / Meta / X accounts |
When and why
- Email — your workhorse for longer messages and rich layouts to known contacts.
- WhatsApp — best for short, timely, transactional-style messages where open rates matter; requires pre-approved templates.
- Social — for public reach and discovery rather than one-to-one contact.
Before you start
Most channels depend on a connector being set up first:
- WhatsApp needs a connected WhatsApp Business Account and approved templates — see WhatsApp Business.
- Social needs your accounts connected — see Social accounts.
- Email needs a verified sending domain (configured in your email settings) for best deliverability.
Where to find each tool
- Email campaigns — the Email marketing module.
- WhatsApp campaigns — the WhatsApp module.
- Social posting — the Social module.
Tips & limits
- Every channel honors opt-outs — recipients who unsubscribe are skipped automatically.
- Audiences can be built from event registrants, sponsor contacts, or imported lists.
- Sends are queued and rate-limited so you stay within each provider’s limits.
