Event reports (PDF)

Event reports let you generate a branded, multi-section PDF that summarises a single event after it runs.

Where to find it

Open an event’s Command Center and click Download Report.

Sections available

Sections are selectable and grouped. The Cover and Table of Contents are always included.

Steps

  1. Click Download Report.
  2. In the modal, choose:
    • Sections — checkboxes with Select all / none. Sections above your plan show a lock badge.
    • Theme — Light or Dark (Dark needs Spectrum or higher).
    • Locale — English or Arabic.
    • Page size — A4 or Letter.
  3. Submit. A background job builds the PDF and a progress bar polls until it’s done.
  4. When ready, Download the PDF — or Retry if it failed.

The finished PDF is also auto-saved to the event’s Documents library.

Retention

The generated PDF is auto-saved to Documents and purged after 30 days.

Permissions

Generating a report requires event-report.create (the Admin and Event Manager roles). If you lack it, the button is shown disabled with an explanatory tooltip.
