The sales funnel

Everything in CRM flows in one direction, from a first enquiry to a billed, contracted event:

  1. A Lead comes in — either through your public capture form or added by hand.
  2. You qualify the lead as you learn whether it is real and worth pursuing.
  3. You convert it. Converting creates a Deal and a Client in one step.
  4. The Deal moves through your sales pipeline, stage by stage, until it is won or lost.
  5. Closing a deal as won automatically creates an Event linked to the deal and client.
  6. The Client becomes the billing hub — every quotation, invoice, deal, and contact hangs off it.
  7. Contracts record the legal agreements you sign along the way, with clients and any other party.
