The sales funnel

- You convert it. Converting creates a Deal and a Client in one step.
- The Deal moves through your sales pipeline, stage by stage, until it is won or lost.
- Closing a deal as won automatically creates an Event linked to the deal and client.
- The Client becomes the billing hub — every quotation, invoice, deal, and contact hangs off it.
- Contracts record the legal agreements you sign along the way, with clients and any other party.
