Event microsite
The microsite is a branded public website for a single event, hosted by
Novex at https://nov3x.com/e/<your-event-slug>. It pulls together everything
attendees, speakers, and sponsors need on one link: a hero, an “about” story,
the reasons to attend, the speaker line-up, the agenda, confirmed sponsors, the
venue, how to get in touch, and registration.
It reuses the data you already manage in Novex — there’s nothing to re-enter. Confirmed speakers, the published agenda, confirmed sponsors, and the open registration form all surface automatically once you publish, and you can layer your own written sections on top.
What’s on the public site
The home page is built from these sections. Most are optional — each one only appears once it has content, so a lean event still gets a tidy page.
| Section | Source | Shows when |
|---|---|---|
| Hero | Event name, dates, venue + your tagline, with a countdown in the date chip | Always (once published) |
| Stats strip | Figures derived from your real event data | You turn on “Show stats” and there are enough figures to show |
| About | Your own heading, rich text, and an optional image | You add About content |
| Why attend | Reason cards you write | You add at least one reason |
| Speakers | Confirmed speakers for the event | ”Show speakers” is on and there is ≥1 confirmed speaker |
| Agenda | Highlights from the published agenda | The agenda has been made public |
| Sponsors | Confirmed sponsors, grouped by tier | There is ≥1 confirmed sponsor |
| Why sponsor | Reason cards + a “Become a sponsor” call-to-action | You add at least one reason |
| Venue & location | Address, website, and Google / Apple map links | The event has a venue |
| Contact | Email, phone, and WhatsApp buttons | You add contact details |
| Register | The open registration form | ”Show registration” is on and a form is open |
| Footer | Organizer info, section links, social links, and a language switcher | Always (once published) |
You control the colours and typography for all of these in one place — see Theme & identity.
Sub-pages live under the same slug:
/e/<slug>— the home page/e/<slug>/speakers— the full speaker line-up/e/<slug>/agenda— the full agenda/e/<slug>/register— registration, inside the microsite/e/<slug>/sponsor— sponsorship packages + confirmed sponsors
Only confirmed people show publicly
The public site never leaks prospects. A speaker appears only when their event status is Confirmed; a sponsor appears only when theirs is Confirmed. Pending speaker/sponsor applications and prospects stay private to your team until you approve them.
Two add-on workflows
On top of the public site, the microsite adds two optional application flows:
- Call for Speakers — let people apply to speak; review and approve them into your line-up.
- Sponsorship — publish your sponsorship packages and let companies apply; approve them into your confirmed sponsors.
Getting started
- Publish the microsite for your event.
- Confirm your speakers and sponsors (or collect them via the application flows) so they appear publicly.
- Open registration and share the link.
