How responsibilities split
Novex acts as a data processor for the data you put into the platform; you remain the data controller. That means you decide what data to collect and how long to keep it, and Novex provides the mechanisms — export, deletion, audit logging — to act on those decisions. The Data Processing Agreement (DPA) documents this relationship.
