Campaign calendar
Everything the autopilot has queued for your events, in one month view. Edit the copy, move a post, or pause one.
Open Social Media → Campaign calendar.
Nothing here can send a post. The calendar adjusts what is already queued; sending is the queue’s job, under the autopilot switches.
Filtering
Filter by event (or all events) and by month, with previous/next month arrows.
If the month is empty, nothing is queued for it — posts appear once autopilot is enabled for an event and the nightly planner has run.
Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Queued | Scheduled and waiting. |
| Previewed | Shown in your digest during the preview week, not sent. |
| Sending | Going out now. |
| Published | Sent. |
| Failed | The platform refused it. |
| Paused | You stopped this one. |
| Skipped | Not sent — a switch was closed when it came due. |
Moving a post
Drag a post onto another day in the month grid. The time of day stays the same, and the same rules apply as the date picker on the post itself:
- a move into quiet hours is refused, and
- a move into the past is refused.
A post that has already sent, or is sending, can no longer be moved. With read-only access the grid says so rather than letting you drag and then failing.
Editing and pausing
Open a post in the list below the grid to:
- edit its English and Arabic text, each against that platform’s character limit including the link, and Save text;
- Move it to a specific date and time; or
- Pause it, with an optional reason.
