Signup & 14-day trial
Novex is self-serve. You create your own workspace from the public site — no sales call required — and start a 14-day free Spectrum trial with no credit card up front. Every feature is included, and when the trial ends your workspace stays on Beam free forever unless you subscribe.
When to use this
This is the very first thing you do. One signup creates one tenant (your company’s isolated workspace). If your company already has a Novex workspace, ask a teammate to invite you instead of signing up again — see Team & access.
Step by step
- Visit nov3x.com and click Start free trial.
- Enter your work email, company name, and a strong password — or skip the password entirely and sign up with Google or Microsoft.
- Novex generates a tenant slug from your company name (for example,
Acme Events →
acme-events). You can edit it once before it’s locked — it becomes part of every URL in your workspace (/t/acme-events/...), so pick something short and stable. - Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (required to continue).
- Submit. Novex sends a verification email to the address you entered, and shows a “check your email” screen.
- Open the email and click the verification link. That completes signup and
logs you in at
/t/<your-slug>with the onboarding wizard ready.
The 14-day trial
- Fully featured. The trial runs on Spectrum, so every module is available — events, finance, badges, WhatsApp, integrations, the lot.
- No credit card is required to start.
- Then Beam, free forever. At day 15 the workspace moves to the free Beam plan automatically unless you subscribe. Nothing is deleted and no card is ever charged — you keep your event data, contacts, registrations and settings.
- Upgrade any time from Settings → Plan. Upgrading mid-trial doesn’t shorten anything; you keep the remaining trial value.
Tips & limits
- The slug is permanent after the first edit. Choose carefully — it appears in public registration links and invoice URLs.
- Use a work email, not a personal one. Some features (sender-domain verification, white-label email) assume a company domain.
- Abuse protection. Public signup is rate-limited per IP and protected by a honeypot. If you’re testing repeatedly from one network and get throttled, wait a few minutes before retrying.
- One verified email = one account. If the verification link expired, simply start the signup again with the same email to receive a fresh link.
