Platform Admin

Platform Admin is the internal console the Novex team uses to operate the service across every tenant. It is not part of a customer’s workspace and is restricted to Novex platform staff.

Audience note: This section documents platform-operator capabilities at a high level. Tenant administrators manage their own workspace from Settings, Team & access, and Compliance & data — not from here.

What it covers

  • Tenants — provision, inspect, and manage customer workspaces and their plan tiers.
  • Users & vendors — cross-tenant lookups for support and troubleshooting.
  • Invites — issue and manage beta / onboarding invitations.
  • Inbox — incoming contact-form and waitlist submissions.
  • Release notes — publish product updates surfaced to tenants.
  • Audit & retention — platform-wide audit visibility and retention policy.
  • Security & sessions — operator security controls.
