Confirmation email languages
The confirmation email is saved separately in each language, and every registrant receives the version matching the language they registered in — never the other one.
That last part is why the warning badge on this screen matters: if you have written only an English body, your Arabic registrants do not get it. They get the built-in default.
Writing each version
Open the confirmation email in the builder. Above the body you’ll find English and Arabic tabs.
- Each tab holds its own body. Editing one never touches the other.
- The Arabic version previews right-to-left, as it will send.
- Starting an Arabic version seeds it from Novex’s own Arabic blocks, so beginning one is an edit, not a translation from scratch.
The missing-language warning
When one language has no version saved, the builder shows a warning that names the actual consequence rather than just flagging a gap:

and the mirror image for a missing English version.
The warning also appears on Email Marketing → Templates, where the confirmation email would otherwise show only as “edited” — which reads as “this is handled” when half of it isn’t. There it is stated shorter, without the closing clause:

Why a warning and not a fallback
Because a fallback would be the wrong answer. An English body is not a substitute for an Arabic one: sending it to an Arabic registrant means sending somebody a message in a language they did not choose. Novex sends the built-in default in their own language instead, and tells you that is what is happening.
Resetting one language
Reset deletes a version, and the dialog names which one:
This deletes the Arabic version of your custom confirmation email. Registrants in that language will get the built-in default body; your other language versions are untouched. This cannot be undone.
So resetting Arabic leaves your English body standing, and the reverse.
Which emails this applies to
The confirmation email only. Reminder, survey and workshop emails are sent in a single version and have no language tabs — an Arabic body saved for them could never reach anybody, so the builder does not offer one.
If you wrote a body before this shipped
Nothing was lost. Every body saved before per-language authoring existed is now your English version, which is how it was already being sent. Add an Arabic version whenever you’re ready, and the warning will tell you until you do.
